Complete IT Management
Our managed IT plans are available for networks of 2 or more
workstations, special customized rates are available for
networks of more
than 30 workstations. All workstations and servers must be
covered by our agreement. Customized
service plans may be developed upon request. For

1.
Onsite/Phone/Remote Support for Workstations/Server provides the
total hours listed per contracted workstation or server, virtual
workstations or servers require separate contracts
2. After Hours
Support is Onsite service provided Monday-Friday after 7PM or
before 7AM or Saturday/Sunday/Legal Holidays 12AM-1:59PM
3. Backup
Monitoring via daily automated email from backup software or for
servers only weekly remote access if automated email in
unavailable.
4. Virtual
PC/Servers supported per contracted physical server.
Additional virtual server support may be purchased at a
reduced rate.
5. One
Smartphone/PDA is supported per contracted workstation.
6. Manufacturer
Warranty Handling is provides PMF will contact the manufacturer
to arrange for warranty service.
This service does not cover shipping costs or additional
cost from the manufacturer for the repair.
7. A trip charge
may be charged for locations outside of our service area.
8. Additional
software or system requirements may be required and may not be
provided by PMF.

9. Monthly
scheduled Network Engineer calls and reporting is available upon
